Recipe ♥ Chocolate Chip Cookies

 Recipe from here

Ever since I can remember I have always had a passion for sweets, I´m one of those people that always has room for dessert, and although I love to try new and exotic sweets, sometimes a classic is exactly what I crave for. So after years of looking for a Chocolate Chip Recipe that was perfect and chewy, I found one from Good House Keeping, their recipes are triple tested so this is a no fail recipe:

Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees. Then, in a small bowl, combine:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Separately, in a mixing bowl, beat together:

1/2 cup margarine or a stick of softened butter

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Beat until light and fluffy.

Next, beat in an egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Reduce the speed to low and beat in the flour mixture, just until it is all blended.
Add one package or 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips and stir with a wooden spoon.
Using rounded teaspoons, drop the dough about 2 inches apart on two ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake them for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown around the edges. For even baking, rotate the cookie sheets between the upper and lower racks halfway through baking.

Cool and enjoy.

***If you don´t like baking, I recommend the Dunkin Donuts cookies, they chewy and delicious!
