Entertaining ♥ Recipe for Tomato & Feta Cheese Bruschetta

One of my favorite things to do is entertain; I love to plan parties, soirees and any type of gathering. I see it as a chance to explore new recipes or practice my favorite recipes and show off the hostess skills I learned from my Grandma. Last week I was having my friends over and wanted to make a fast appetizer and looked for something “pinteresting”. I found the recipe for tomato and feta cheese Bruschetta, super simple and easy to make, I didn´t even pin it!

Anyway, here is what you need:

-1 loaf of French bread, or you can get 3 loaves of the oregano bread sold at Paiz, yummier!
-about 4 oz Feta cheese
-Fresh Basil and oregano
- 4 small tomatoes
-Olive oil
-Red wine vinegar
-pinch of garlic salt

Cut the bread in slices and lightly toast it. While you are waiting for that, slice the tomatoes and feta cheese. You can also crumble the cheese, but I’d rather eat cheese in small chunks :D When the bread is ready, place the slices of tomato on the bread, and on top of that the cheese, oregano and basil. Drizzle with olive oil, red wine vinegar and then sprinkle a little garlic salt.

**unfortunately I didn´t find fresh basil and oregano that day so I just used the regular bottled one, which is also tasty (that’s also why it’s not pictured above).
