Recipe ♥ Cream Cheese and Olives Spread

This is a great and easy recipe by my friend Cylia, perfect for when you have last minute guests, it tastes great and if I weren’t here to tell you it only has 2 ingredients you would never know just by tasting it. She brought it to our last couple of soirees and I asked her to make it again so we could share it here on the blog. The pictures are pretty much self explanatory but I did include the instructions below!


8 oz Cream Cheese
15 pitted olives sliced into fours

You will also need:

Plastic wrap

  1. Place enough plastic wrap over the bowl so when you’re done you are able to wrap the cheese.
  2. Spread half of the cream cheese on the bowl,  make sure you press it so when you refrigerate it, it will settle on to the shape of the bowl.
  3. Add the olives evenly on top of the cream cheese, making a second layer.
  4. Spread the second half of the cream cheese to add the third layer.
  5. Wrap it up and put in the fridge until it’s time to serve it. If you are in a hurry you can place it inside the freezer for half an hour.
  6. When it’s ready, unwrap it and place it on its serving dish. Serve with crackers or bread.
