Recipe ❤️ 2 Ingredient Banana Pancake

I found this recipe on pinterest when I was pregnant and looking for healthy but tasty meals, I tried it and I am now hooked! It's very simple to do:

1 banana


Mash up the banana and mix with the egg, you can do this in a food procesor or do it manually.

Heat a skillet on medium heat add a bit of butter or cooking spray.

Pour the mix and cook it until lightly brown on each side.

Optional: you can add blueberries, chocolate chips or have them plain. Either way they will be delicious.

Nutrition Per Pancake: about 65 Calories, 1.5 g Fat, 208 mg Potassium, 11 g Carbs, 1.5 g Fiber, 5.7 g Sugar, 2.8 g Protein
