Life Lately ❤️

So it was world Nutella day on Thursday, and whether you believe it or not, I had never tried it before. Lucky for me my mother in law had some and was willing to share. I loved it! But I must say, it really is an indulgence. Livestrong sums it up: “A 2-tablespoon serving of chocolate-flavored hazelnut spread contains 200 calories, while the same amount of peanut butter only provides 188. Peanut butter also provides more protein, with 8 grams compared to 2 grams, and contains fewer carbohydrates, with 6 grams compared to 23 grams. The chocolate hazelnut spread is a bit lower in fat, with 11 grams compared to 16 grams in peanut butter. However, all but 3 grams of the fat in peanut butter come from healthy unsaturated fat.” I’m sticking to peanut butter for a daily basis and Nutella for special occasions.

We had a busy day running errands on Saturday, we spent all afternoon at the mall. Oh, I finally got try the Praga Rolls, they are fantastic!

After looking at these pictures I realize that I have been indulging a little too much, those are the perks of breastfeeding (you burn 500 calories a day)! I will soon be done with that and going back to my normal diet, but that is long story and will tell you more about it later.
